EAS Publications Series
It is a great honor and a pleasure for EDP Sciences to bring to its readers this special closing EAS volume in honor of Jean-Paul Zahn, a distinguished scientist who was generously involved in assembling the previous editions of this collection. Thank you for joining us in discovering the diverse set of excellent contributions of this dedicated issue which is freely accessible to all of you.
Created in 2001 by Jean-Paul Zahn, the EAS Publication Series has successfully published more than 80 high quality volumes promoting the advancement of Astronomy. This latest volume 82 ceases the publication of the EAS Publication Series but we are happy to announce that conference proceedings, workshops and school publications in Astronomy will now be published through EPJ Web of Conferences, an Open Access proceedings journal.
